This Image Has Been Posted All Over Facebook. It Is One Computer Model That Indicates The Chance Of Several Inches Of Snow For Our Area For Next Tuesday.
It Is Not Definite, But Is Is Possible. This Area Could See As Much As Two Inches Of Snow Which Would Make It The First Accumulation Of Snow Since 1988 When We Had 8 Inches. (If You Didn'T Live Here Back Then, You Missed It!)
Here is what WTOC meteorologist Pat Prokop tells me:
A perplexing weather system will begin to develop early next week from the Gulf of Mexico area and move into our region Tuesday night and Wednesday morning while at the same time, more cold air will begin to flow into the region. There is a possibility of a wintry mix of precipitation Tuesday night and snow Wednesday morning in our area. It is still a bit far off but the potential for snow and or ice will materialize.
Just be prepared...and of course we will keep you posted!
In the meantime, how excited (or upset) would you be if we had snow?? Tell me in the comments section below.
